Job summary

Boothby Therapy Services in Berlin, New Hampshire, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year, serving preschool students. The role offers a $50–$60 per hour rate and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, with guaranteed pay for scheduled time regardless of absences.

Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP/CFY) are welcomed and supported through mentorship and supervision. You will collaborate with district teams, OTs, PTs, and educators to deliver comprehensive speech-language

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC-SLP or CF-SLP eligibility.
• Active New Hampshire SLP License or eligibility.
• School-based, pediatric, or teletherapy experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Deliver direct therapy services through individual and small-group sessions.
• Support students with receptive and expressive language disorders, social/pragmatic communication, articulation, fluency, voice, AAC.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation.
• Support students in achieving greater communication, independence, and educational success.

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by placement but may include:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in school-based settings
