Job summary

Rochester Public Schools is seeking a 1.0 FTE Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is based in Rochester, MN, with salary prorated based on hire date and based on education level and licensed teaching experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required: Speech Language Pathologist

Applicant must also hold a current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence card. asha.org

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable.

Demonstrates continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development.

Working knowledge of the subject matter, classroom management techniques, current researched best practices and strategies, as well as students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
