Rochester Public School District #535 is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Speech-Language Pathologist from approximately April 13 to May 22, 2026, serving at Longfellow Elementary (0.8 FTE) and Overland Elementary (0.2 FTE).

LOCATIONS:Longfellow Elementary School (.8 FTE) and Overland Elementary School (.2 FTE)

Traveling teachers must have reliable transportation.Mileage reimbursement available.

SALARY RANGE: Prorated based upon hire date.

QUALIFICATIONS:Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area preferred and/or required:Speech Language Pathologist

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior successful experience in urban, multicultural education desirable.

Demonstrates continued professional development through course work, research, peer collaboration, and/or job-embedded staff development.

Working knowledge of the subject matter, classroom management techniques, current researched best practices and strategies, as well as students' learning styles and needs, both academic and affective.
