Job summary

UPMC Pediatric Rehabilitation in Williamsport, PA, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team at 625 West Edwin Street. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with no weekend duties and opportunities for professional growth.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology, PA licensure or eligibility, and prefer CCC-SLP; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric experience and strong communication skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• PA Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapy services.
• Complete evaluations and prepare detailed reports with recommendations.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and community outreach activities.
• Deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care in a supportive rehabilitation environment.

UPMC Pediatric Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our 625 West Edwin Street location in Williamsport, PA.

We are looking for a compassionate clinician with a passion for working with pediatric patients. Candidates with pediatric speech therapy experience and their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) are preferred; however, we will also consider an exceptional candidate completing their Clinical Fellowship (CFY).

*Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow Starting Rate: $37.48

What You'll Do
