Job summary

Jabbergym, Inc. is hiring a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist in Waipahu, Hawaii. The role provides evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and direct therapy to students within a school setting.

The SLP will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, manage documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. Hawaii licensure or eligibility and background clearance are required. Equal opportunity employer.

• Experience in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP-aligned treatment plans.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students.
• Maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team reviews.
• Collaborate with teachers, families and school staff to support progress.
• Supervise SLPAs as applicable.
