Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year in Wahiawa, HI. This full-time, school-based position requires Hawaii SLP license or eligibility and offers benefits, tuition assistance, and licensure support.

You will conduct evaluations, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, deliver direct therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience working with students in an educational setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable
