Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based therapy in Hilo, Hawaii. You will evaluate students, develop IEP-aligned treatment plans, and deliver direct services while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Complete and maintain accurate IEP and therapy documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate therapy notes, progress reports, and required documentation
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) as applicable

Pay Range: $50-$70/hr

2026-2027 School Year | Full-Time | Hilo, HI | School-Based | Hawaii SLP License Required

What You'll Do:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine student needs and eligibility

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

• Current Hawaii Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
• Ability to complete all required criminal background clearances
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience working with students in an educational setting

Preferred:

• One or more years of school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Experience managing school-based caseloads and IEP compliance
• Familiarity with student information and IEP documentation systems
• Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary educational teams
