Job summary

Homeside Rehab in Rochester, NY is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team. You will provide individualized, evidence-based therapy to patients in their homes with flexible hours and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Active NY license required; 1 year of home health or comparable settings preferred. You’ll evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive

Qualifications

• Active NY State SLP license required.
• Minimum 1 year of home health, outpatient, or SNF experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication.
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.
• Reliable transportation for home visits preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our pediatric home health team in Rochester, NY. Requirements:

• Active NY State Speech-Language Pathologist License — required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings preferred
