BlazerWorks is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a K-12 caseload. Roles include remote (1099 contract) and onsite (W2 employee) opportunities, offering flexibility and tailored support for your work style.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, delivering direct therapy, collaborating with families and school teams, and maintaining compliant documentation. Experience in school settings and an active state license are preferred.

• Caseload: K-12 students
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time options available
• Location: Remote (1099 contract) and Onsite (W2 employee) opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and school teams to support student success
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff consultations, and professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state license where services will be provided
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• School-based experience is preferred
