AnthroMed Education (School Services) is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve high school and transition-aged students with autism and complex communication needs.
The role includes providing therapy, developing IEP-aligned plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in IEP meetings. A DE SLP license and CCC-SLP are required; CFYs are welcome. Caseload ~20–25 students with a 35-hour week.
Location: Newark, DE
School Setting: Specialized Autism Program
Schedule: Full-time | 35 hours/week | 8:20 AM–4:00 PM
Dates: August 18, 2026 – June 15, 2027
Pay: $65,000–$80,000

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a specialized high school and transition program serving students with autism and complex communication needs. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about supporting students with significant needs and wants to make a meaningful impact in a highly supportive school environment.
The program serves students who require a higher level of support than may be available in a traditional school setting. You’ll work with high school and transition-aged students while collaborating closely with educators and other members of the school team.
