Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, district-wide school-based assignment for the 2026-2027 year. The SLP will support students across multiple buildings and grades, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and AAC users.

The role includes screenings, evaluations, IEPs, direct and indirect therapy, collaboration with teachers and families, and thorough documentation. Supervision of interns may be provided as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
  • Support students with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Deliver services to students with ASD and those utilizing AAC systems and devices.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding goals and services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Complete documentation, progress reports, and compliance-related records.
  • Consult with team members regarding treatment planning and service delivery.
  • Support family education and transition planning as needed.
  • Provide supervision to SLP Assistants, CFYs, and interns when assigned.
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, district, and professional standards.

Position Summary
The Judge Group is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, district-wide school-based assignment during the 2026-2027 academic year. This position will support students across multiple school buildings and grade levels, including students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and students who utilize Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices. The SLP will collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student communication needs and academic success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist License.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
  • Previous school-based experience.
  • Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Experience utilizing and supporting Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices.
