Performance Pediatrics in Lafayette, NJ seeks a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team. Deliver evidence-based therapy and help children reach their communication goals in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Current NJ state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

About the Role:

Performance Pediatrics is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team in Lafayette, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children by delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech and language therapy in a supportive pediatric environment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, voice, language, and feeding/swallowing
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support patient progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, evaluations, and reports
• Monitor and track patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical or school-based setting preferred
• Knowledge of AAC, feeding therapy, and language development disorders is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and families
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a collaborative team mindset
