Job summary

Performance Pediatrics in Lafayette, NJ seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy to children in a warm, family-centered setting. You will evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric communication and feeding disorders while collaborating closely with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes individualized treatment plans, direct therapy across articulation, language, and feeding, and meticulous documentation to monitor progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome.
  • Experience with pediatric populations in clinical or school settings preferred.
  • Knowledge of AAC, feeding therapy, and language development disorders is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and families.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a collaborative team mindset.

  • Monitor and track patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
