Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist OR CF to join our team near Penns Grove, NJ for a full-time school-based role. Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

We welcome Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering direct supervision and hands-on training with exclusive school placement and guaranteed hours for assignments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State SLP license or be a Clinical Fellow with supervision.
• NJ School Certification required for employment in schools.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with educators, parents and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulations.

We welcome applications from Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering Clinical Fellows the advantage of direct supervision and hands‑on training.

Setting: School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Exclusive school placement (no travel required)
• Hours: Varies by School Assignment
• Pay: $55-$60
• Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
• CF will receive direct supervision

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.

Requirements:

• Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
