POST Rehabilitation and Wellness in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for PRN outpatient work at the POST Clinic. This role will screen and treat adults and adolescents with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders in a clinic setting.

Licensed SLP applicants with outpatient experience are preferred, and new grads are welcome. Onsite opportunities and a supportive team that emphasizes CAPLICO values.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients with communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing disorders, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modifying services based on patient evaluation and making referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

PRN Outpatient Opportunity available onsite in The Woodlands at the POST Clinic

PRN Mobile Outpatient Opportunity available serving patients in an ALF in the Tomball/Woodlands area

POST Rehabilitation and Wellness offers PT/OT/SLP services. POST is proud to be an Outpatient Therapy provider focused on providing care to the Adult and Adolescent demographic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing appropriate care plans following regulatory and clinical standards.
