Job summary

Burrell Behavioral Health in Springfield, MO is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver pediatric services in outpatient and early intervention settings. You will assess communication profiles, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support children birth–18 and their families.

You will educate parents and schools, maintain documentation, and participate in program development, while following HIPAA and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Missouri licensure to practice speech-language pathology is required.
• CCC‑SLP certification must be in good standing.
• Knowledge of pediatric speech-language pathology literature and evidence-based practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, and synthesize speech and language profiles to inform treatment planning.
• Plan, implement, and modify therapy targeting receptive/expressive language, oral-motor, verbal behavior, social language, and play.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, schools, and community providers to coordinate care.
• Develop and deliver education for parents, teachers, and professionals; participate in educational series.
• Manage caseload and document per Clinical Records procedures; comply with HIPAA and QA processes.
• Participate in required meetings and program evaluation; seek supervisory guidance as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education,Experience,and/orCredentialQualifications:
