Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship.
• Active or eligible South Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience with a diverse patient population across various age groups preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AAC, dysphagia management, and language/articulation disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home strategies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities
