Job summary

Palmetto SpOT, a premiere facility in the Charleston area, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or CFY to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in-clinic for pediatrics and adults in Summerville, SC. This is a W-2 position; part-time caseload with potential to grow to full-time.

Openings are immediate. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs and Audiologists in our clinics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in speech pathology or related fields; SC licensure preferred.

Job description

Palmetto SpOT, a premiere facility in the Charleston area is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or a confident CFY Speech pathologist to join our team! You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. We treat pediatrics and adults in-clinic. This is a W-2 position and does not require travel outside of our 5000 + 3000 sq ft offices located in SUNNY Summerville SC. Openings are immediate. Part time caseload available immediately with the possibility to grow to full time if desired.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in speech pathology or other related fields, licensed in SC preferred
• Able to work as a team with other SLPs, OTs and Audiologists in our amazing clinics
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive and patient demeanor

Responsibilities

• Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech disorders
• Implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders
• Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
• Document and store treatment plans and progress reports (Clinicsource)
