Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship.
• Active or eligible South Carolina state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Experience with a diverse patient population across various age groups preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AAC, dysphagia management, and language/articulation disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, educators, and caregivers.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy goals and home strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education opportunities.
