Providence Health Plan Group in Seattle is seeking a speech-language pathologist (SLP) to deliver and supervise services in communication, cognition, and swallowing. The candidate will evaluate patients and develop plans to maximize outcomes while actively participating in discharge planning.
To qualify, candidates must have a Master's degree in Speech/language pathology and a Washington license. The pay range is $48.79 - $75.74, with additional compensation potentially available.
The speech-language pathologist (SLP) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services in the areas of communication, cognition and swallowing. Upon physician referral the SLP will perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implement those plans, reassess treatment results, and actively participate in discharge planning.
Pay Range: $48.79 - $75.74. Base pay; additional compensation may be available for the role.
