Overview

The speech-language pathologist (SLP) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of services in the areas of communication, cognition and swallowing. Upon physician referral the SLP will perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implementing the plans of care, reassessing treatment results, and actively participating in discharge planning.

Compensation and Benefits

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate\'s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. This is the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
