Job summary

Topaz HR is seeking multiple Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologists for in-person/hybrid school-based positions in Placerville, California. You will provide speech and language therapy services to students, supporting their IEP goals and coordinating with families and educators.

Requirements include a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and a California SLP license, with at least one year of experience. Compensation ranges from $65.00–$95.00 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current California Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Minimum of one year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide engaging, evidence-based speech therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs.
