TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Rock Hall, MD. The role emphasizes direct student interaction, collaborative work with education staff, and developing targeted communication goals.

The SLP will provide individual and small-group therapy, conduct assessments, and participate in IEP meetings. Maryland licensure and CCC-SLP credentials are preferred, with focus on confidentiality and compliant

Qualifications

  • Active license/credential for Maryland practice
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • CCC-SLP certification preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status
  • Experience working with children or adolescents
  • School-based and/or special education experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed
  • Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students individually and/or in small groups

  • Implement evidence-based speech and language interventions
  • Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Monitor and document student progress toward individualized goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contributing to student programming and goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Supporting students' communication skills across classroom and school environments
  • Maintaining student confidentiality and following all school and TSP Ed Co policies

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Rock Hall, MD.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children strengthen the communication skills they need to be successful at school and in their everyday lives.

What You'll Do

As an SLP, you will work collaboratively with special education staff and other members of the educational team to provide individualized speech and language services to students. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing speech and language therapy to students individually and/or in small groups
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment goals
  • Implementing evidence-based speech and language interventions
  • Supporting students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress toward individualized goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student programming and goals
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status
  • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
  • School-based and/or special education experience is a plus
