TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Kentwood, MI school setting. You will work with the educational team to provide individualized services and help students strengthen communication skills for school and daily life.

Qualifications

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential in Michigan.
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CCC-SLP preferred or equivalent fellowship status.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
  • Implement evidence-based speech and language interventions for articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication.
  • Document progress and maintain confidentiality while communicating with families and school staff.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators and related service providers.

TSP Ed Co is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and support students in a school setting in Kentwood, MI.

This is a great opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working directly with students, building meaningful relationships, and helping children strengthen the communication skills they need to be successful at school and in their everyday lives.

What You'll Do

As an SLP, you will work collaboratively with special education staff and other members of the educational team to provide individualized speech and language services to students. Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing speech and language therapy to students individually and/or in small groups
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment goals
  • Implementing evidence-based speech and language interventions
  • Supporting students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication needs
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress toward individualized goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student programming and goals
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress
  • Supporting students' communication skills across classroom and school environments
  • Maintaining student confidentiality and following all school and TSP Ed Co policies
Qualifications
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/credential appropriate for practice in Michigan
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or applicable clinical fellowship status
  • Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
  • School-based and/or special education experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and documentation skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students succeed
  • Ability to meet all applicable school, licensing, and employment requirements
