THERAPY OUTLINE LLC is seeking a full-time or part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026-2027 school year in Poulsbo, Washington. Candidates should hold a Master's degree and have experience with pediatric populations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and teachers. High paying part-time or full-time in person SLP position for 26-27 school year, interviewing ASAP.

Our therapists provide direct therapy services, conduct evaluations, and attend all IEP and Evaluation meetings in person or on zoom. Our therapists have extensive experience working in the school setting and adopt an academic-focused, child-led mindset when planning services and working with families and teachers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication challenges in students ages 5-10.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child\'s unique needs, focusing on speech therapy and language development.
• Implement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve articulation, fluency, and receptive or expressive language skills for the academic setting.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent support and progress tracking.
• Digitally monitor progress daily, maintaining detailed documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and patient records in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Educate families on home exercises and communication strategies to reinforce therapy goals outside clinical settings.
