Soar Autism Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to support children ages 2–6 within an ESDM-based early intervention program. You will assess, plan, and deliver pediatric speech therapy, incorporating AAC strategies as needed.
You’ll collaborate with OTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and other clinicians while partnering with families to set practical, meaningful goals and measure progress over time.

Our speech language pathology team provides pediatric speech therapy within an interdisciplinary early intervention model for children ages 2–6 with autism. Our care model incorporates the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a naturalistic, developmental approach designed for young children with autism.
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll help young children build meaningful communication skills while growing your expertise in pediatric care, AAC, and interdisciplinary treatment.
