Soar Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to support pediatric clients ages 2–6 within an ESDM-informed early intervention model. You will conduct assessments, create tailored plans, and grow expertise in AAC and interdisciplinary care.
The role offers 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, base pay of $86,000–$103,500/year plus annual bonus potential up to $3,800, with opportunities for clinical certifications.

Our speech language pathology team provides pediatric speech therapy within an interdisciplinary early intervention model for children ages 2–6 with autism. Our care model incorporates the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a naturalistic, developmental approach designed for young children with autism. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll help young children build meaningful communication skills while growing your expertise in pediatric care, AAC, and interdisciplinary treatment.
