Job summary

Easterseals Southeast Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Philadelphia. Our SLPs provide vital support and services to children in a variety of settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required, or higher.
• CCC from ASHA or CF candidates considered.
• PA SLP license required; CF provisional PA license applies.
• PDE certification required in most instances.

Responsibilities

SLPs at Easterseals play a key role in:

• Evaluating students and identifying communication needs.
• Developing IEP goals that support growth and meaningful progress.
• Collaborating and consulting with educational staff, therapeutic professionals, and families to ensure consistent support across environments.
• Providing direct therapy services to students in alignment with best practices and individualized needs.

Open positions may include:

• One or multiple service settings (center-based and/or itinerant).
• Flexible schedules: year-round calendar or school-year calendar with a summer program.
• Full-time opportunities depending on program needs.
