Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role based in Oceanside, CA. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and treat children with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders. Responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, and collaboratively working with caregivers, educators, and the interdisciplinary therapy team. The professional will also document progress, maintain accurate reports, and participate in team meetings to support coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in speech therapy assessment and treatment techniques, with a focus on pediatric populations.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals and needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to engage effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California or eligibility for state licensure.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with speech therapy approaches for conditions such as developmental delays, articulation disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.
• Experience with electronic health records and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Dedication to providing compassionate, family-centered care and fostering a positive therapeutic environment.
