Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled speech-language pathologist to support preschoolers (ages 3-5) across multiple school sites in California. This full-time contract runs from ASAP through June 17, 2026, with a caseload of up to 50 students and collaboration with another SLP and OT support.

Ideal candidates hold a California SLP license or eligibility (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA). Teletherapy experience with Zoom or Google Meet is preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Valid California SLP license or eligibility (SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credential)
• Experience working with preschool/early childhood (ages 3-5) preferred
• Strong background in speech-language intervention in school or healthcare settings
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology (experience with Zoom or Google Meet is ideal)
• Collaborative spirit to coordinate with on-site team and related service providers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool students on your caseload
• Collaborate with another SLP at the school site for support and knowledge-sharing
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans for children with various speech/language needs
• Engage families and school staff to support student progress and success
• Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Utilize teletherapy as appropriate to enhance access and continuity of care

With a start date as soon as possible through June 17, 2026, youll work alongside another experienced SLP while managing a manageable caseload of up to 50 students. Be part of a supportive team providing essential services, as the district also addresses OT needs.
