Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is a California-based pediatric group hiring Occupational Therapists to join a collaborative team. You will deliver direct therapy and assessments for children in school-based and clinical settings, while partnering with educators and families to support student success.

We seek clinicians with pediatric experience who are licensed or eligible for California OT licensure, and who hold a Master’s or Doctorate in OT.

• Pediatric experience required; school-based experience preferred.
• Hold or be eligible for a California OT license.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in OT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy and conduct assessments for children in school-based and clinic settings.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering Direct therapy conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
• Collaborating Closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams members to support student success
• Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans and progress reports
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
• Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
