Job summary

M2 Healthcare Ltd. seeks a full-time Speech Therapist to deliver expert SLP services in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Far Rockaway, NY.

The role requires a valid NYS license and CCC, experience with cognitive and dysphagia rehab in SNF settings, and the ability to document progress and discharge summaries. Rehab Optima knowledge is preferred, and you will collaborate with staff and families to implement effective therapy plans.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS License & Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC).
• Preferred knowledge of Rehab Optima.
• Experience with cognitive and dysphagia rehabilitation in SNF.

• Ensures compliance with protocols and regulations.
