USA Staffing Network is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY area to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The role supports Clinical Fellows and new graduates, requires a NYS SLP license (or eligibility), a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• New York State SLP license or eligibility required.
• CFs welcome; autonomy in SNF/OP setting, CFY possible.
• CCC-SLP preferred for experienced candidates.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and on time.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members.
• Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education.
• Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program.

Pay: $35.96–$50.08/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Days | Preferred 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Rotating weekend coverage

A respected skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider in the Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY area is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its care team. This role focuses on evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

• Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Ability to assist with lifting and moving patients
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
