Top Echelon LLC is recruiting a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CF) for a full-time skilled nursing setting in Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• New York State SLP license or eligibility required.
• CFs welcome; could take an experienced CFY and expect autonomy in acute care/SNF/OP.
• CCC-SLP preferred for experienced candidates.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and on time.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members.
• Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines.
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education.
• Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program.

Exciting Speech Therapy Position Available:

• Pay:$35.96–$50.08/hour
• Schedule:Full-Time, Days | Preferred 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Rotating weekend coverage

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to assist with lifting and moving patients
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
