Job summary

Point Quest Group is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Montgomery, Minnesota. You will provide speech and language therapy to middle and high school students, perform assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and access to education.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Background check and TB clearance per state requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct formalized speech and language assessments to determine eligibility and baselines.
  • Deliver direct therapy aligned with IEP goals for grades 7–12.
  • Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Complete and maintain compliant IEPs and participate in annual/triennial reviews.
  • Supervise and support SLPAs, including supervision hours where applicable.
  • Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
