Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients while collaborating with a diverse clinical team.

You will provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment planning, document progress, and complete discharge summaries, with travel to nearby centers as needed. We support clinician development and value your contributions to positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Valid State SLP License and Credentials
• SNF and/or Acute care experience
