Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to adult and geriatric patients at our centers in Medina, Ohio, and nearby locations. You will join a diverse team of clinical professionals and contribute to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

A valid state SLP license and credentials are required, with SNF and/or acute care experience preferred. This PRN role includes travel to nearby centers and flexible scheduling, supported by a clinician-owned company

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
