Job summary

Easterseals Southern Pennsylvania seeks dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at the Philadelphia area location. Our SLPs evaluate students, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to support communication growth in school settings.

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology is required, or higher.
  • CCC from ASHA or CF candidates can be considered.
  • PA Speech Language Pathologist License is required; CF may use provisional PA license.
  • PDE certification is required in most instances.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating students and identifying communication needs.
  • Developing IEP goals that support growth and meaningful progress.
  • Collaborating with educational staff, therapists, and families to ensure consistent support across environments.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students in alignment with best practices.

Easterseals Southern Pennsylvania is seeking dedicated and passionate Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team at the location in Philadelphia. Our SLPs provide vital support and services to children in a variety of settings.

SLPs at Easterseals play a key role in:

  • Evaluating students and identifying communication needs.
  • Developing IEP goals that support growth and meaningful progress.
  • Collaborating and consulting with educational staff, therapeutic professionals, and families to ensure consistent support across environments.
  • Providing direct therapy services to students in alignment with best practices and individualized needs.

Open positions may include:

  • One or multiple service settings (center-based and/or itinerant).
  • Flexible schedules: year-round calendar or school-year calendar with a summer program.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required, or higher desired.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) from the American Speech and Hearing Association or Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates can be considered.
  • Pennsylvania Speech Language Pathologist License required; if CF, provisional PA license applies.
  • PDE certification required in most instances.
