TransPerfect Health in Marietta, GA is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to serve aging populations in senior living and skilled nursing settings. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Current or eligible Speech Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited speech therapy program.
• ASHA accreditation or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments following state practice acts and care plans.
• Help optimize functional independence and quality of life for aging residents.
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner.
• Participate in orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehabilitation to develop robust therapy programs.
• Follow infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and prioritize patient care.
• Support compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Perform duties with moderate to heavy physical demands.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
