Job summary

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 20262027 school year in Ludlow, MA. This is a high school-based position within a specialized educational program supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other learning differences.
The Speech language pathologist will provide direct therapy services, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and supervise an SLPA while supporting students in developing functional communication and independence skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to high school students
• Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Supervise and collaborate with a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support students with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines
