Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year in Ludlow, MA. This high school position supports students with ASD and other learning differences, providing direct therapy and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will supervise an SLPA, assist with IEPs, and focus on functional communication and independence in a structured setting. MA licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active MA SLP license or eligibility required.
• Experience with AAC devices and communication systems.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and support an SLPA.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy to high school students.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students.
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Supervise and collaborate with an SLPA.
• Collaborate with teachers and families; support AAC use.
• Maintain documentation and state compliance.
