Job summary

Avalon Village, part of American Senior Communities, is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) to join our geriatric care team. This PRN/Part Time role offers a structured 9-month mentorship and opportunities to grow clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

You will collaborate with nursing and facility staff to assess residents, document changes, and promote communication and swallowing therapies that improve quality of life for our residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident conditions.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff. Requirements
