American Senior Communities in Fort Wayne, IN, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide independent speech-language services across our centers. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and contributing to discharge planning, under ASC Therapies and Wellness policies.

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) implements independently skilled speech-language services for patients, caregivers and centers in accordance with the principles and practices of speech-language pathology and with ASC Therapies and Wellness policies and procedures. Evaluates patients, develops initial and ongoing treatment plans, develops discharge plans, and contributes to case management.
