Job summary

Pioneer Ridge Health & Rehab is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to assess, treat, and support senior residents with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement customized treatment plans, delivering therapy in multiple settings, including individual and group sessions.

You will contribute to resident progress documentation and participate in ongoing staff education to stay current with best practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of senior residents with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
