Performance Pediatrics LLC in Lafayette, NJ is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our pediatric therapy team. You will deliver evidence-based therapy to children in a warm, family-centered setting and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team.

The role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and feeding disorders, developing individualized plans, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NJ state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain).
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical or school-based setting preferred.
• Knowledge of AAC, feeding therapy, and language development disorders is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and families.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, fluency, voice, language, and feeding/swallowing.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support patient progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation including progress notes, evaluations, and reports.
• Monitor and track patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
