Jump Ahead Pediatrics, LLC in Newark, NJ, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist or CF to join our school-based team for a full-time role. CFs will receive direct supervision, and candidates with NJ certification are encouraged to apply.

Work hours are 8:30am-3:00pm with compensation of $60-$80 per hour; the position offers guaranteed hours, mentoring, and statewide/nationwide opportunities within a supportive pediatric setting.

Qualificações

• Licensed SLP or CF-eligible with NJ certification.
• Clinical Fellows will receive direct supervision and hands-on training.

Jump Ahead Pediatrics is actively seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist OR CF to join our team near Newark, NJ for a full-time school-based role! Let’s make a meaningful impact on every child’s journey!

We welcome applications from Clinical Fellows and recent graduates, offering Clinical Fellows the advantage of direct supervision and hands‑on training.

Setting:

School-Based Services (Pediatric)

• Hours:8:30am-3:00pm
• Pay: $60-$80 hr
• Compensation for the full school day, including prep time, note time, and lunch.
• CF will receive direct supervision

Responsibilities:

• Assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Developing and imple
• menting individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Providing therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with regulations.

Requirements:

• Speech Language Pathology License for SLP/graduate of a Speech Language Therapy program for CF’s
• NJ School Certification
