Total Education Solutions (TES) is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Michigan schools. Join a mission-driven team that values communication, collaboration, and student growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals based on student needs.
• Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments (e.g., CELF-5, GFTA-3).
• Prepare evaluation reports and required documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, school teams, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to educational planning.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
• Provide engaging, student-centered virtual therapy.

Speech Language Pathologist

$42 - $45.93/hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Minimum Requirements:

• Licensed according to state mandates as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
• Must clear IChat
