Job summary

Total Education Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Michigan.

You will evaluate and treat students, develop individualized goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support communication skills that impact learning and daily life. Qualifications

  • Licensed according to state mandates as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Education and credentials required for school-based SLP roles.
  • Experience with assessments and IEP collaboration advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment goals based on student needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as appropriate.
  • Administer and interpret standardized assessments (e.g., CELF-5, GFTA-3).
  • Prepare accurate, thorough evaluation reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, school teams, and other related service providers.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical expertise to educational planning.
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and meet deadlines.
  • Provide engaging, student-centered virtual therapy.

Speech Language Pathologist

$42 - $45.93/hr*

*Salary range is contingent upon relatable experience, type of credentialing/certification, education, and use of a second language in your role (50% of the time).

Minimum Requirements:
  • Licensed according to state mandates as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
  • Hold appropriate automobile insurance with limits that allow driving a personal vehicle for work (25/50k liability coverage)
  • Must clear IChat
