Job summary

Job description

Columbia River Home Health values people and culture and is hiring a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) for the Tri‑Cities area (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland) with 10–20 hours per week. Full‑time coverage is available for candidates willing to extend services to Walla Walla. The role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule that balances work‑life equilibrium and allows clinicians to shape their caseload.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct in‑home evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and cognitive‑communication needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
  • Educate and support patients, caregivers, and families
  • Recommend and train on AAC devices when appropriate
  • Participate in case conferences and team meetings
  • Maintain clinical competency and best practices
Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech‑Language Pathology
  • Current Washington State SLP license
  • 2 years of clinical experience preferred
  • Current AHA BLS certification
  • Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
