Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based position in Greenwood, SC. You’ll provide speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning.

This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided. This role offers competitive pay up to $55/hour with flexible full-time or part-time schedules, W-2 employment with liability insurance, healthcare benefits and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• MS in Communication Sciences and Disorders required.
• Valid SC SLP license or ability to obtain.
• SC Education Certification or willingness to obtain.
• CFs encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
